1960 BSA A10 Golden Flash, all matching, excellent runner
Here is a beautiful example of the ever-popular BSA A10 Golden Flash, one of the most popular and easy-to-live-with classic British bikes.
Starts easily and sounds perfect mechanically, no smoke. Rides really well, lovely gears and clutch.(Clutch is an SRM 4-spring upgrade upgrade (£421), bills present also include SRM billet oil pump (£304), APL mag rebuild (2029) £145. This bike has been well-loved!
It is still beautiful cosmetically with perfect chrome on tank and stainless rims & spokes. Paintwork is all to a very high standard but the bike has been used so there are minor marks here and there - it's a real bike not a show pony!
History includes a couple of old style green log books, a pile of old MOTs going right back to the 70's.
There is a BSA Owners Club dating certificate that confirms original engine to frame and original colour. The bike has its original registration number, there is correspondence form VMCC regarding the reclaiming process of the registration back in 1991.
All in all a fabulous useable example of the "Flash", you really would struggle to find a better all round original example than this!
